The metal electroplating solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-5% of zinc salt, 1-5% of copper salt, 8-20% of a high-molecular polymer, 1-5% of sodium thiosulfate, 3-10% of potassium salt and the balance of water. The preparation method of the metal electroplatingsolution comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving the copper salt in water to form a copper salt solution, adding the high-molecular polymer into the copper salt solution, stirring for dissolving, and adjusting the pH value after dissolving to obtain a solution A, (2) dissolving sodium thiosulfate and potassium salt in water to form a mixed solution, and adding the high-molecular polymerinto the mixed solution for dissolving to obtain a solution B, and (3) mixing the solution A and the solution B, reacting, adding the zinc salt, and stirring to obtain the electroplating solution.
