Abstract

The invention provides a self-repairing waterborne polyurethane / rGO@PDA composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The elf-repairing waterborne polyurethane / rGO@PDA composite material is obtained by adding a proper amount of polydopamine attached graphene oxide into a self-repairing waterborne polyurethane and ultrasonically dispersing for 2 hours. The composite material can improves the dispersion stability of rGO in water, can be applied to a water-based polymer material system; damage repair of a metal protective coating is achieved through near-infrared light irradiation, and the service life of the coating is prolonged. The composite material is used for metal corrosion prevention, has excellent corrosion prevention performance, and can be used for healing wounds by irradiating the wounds with near-infrared light when the wounds are damaged, so that remote and fixed-point repair of material damage is realized.
