Problems solved by technology

The performance of the adhesive between the protective film and the device is very important, especially the antistatic performance and peel strength. The generation of static electricity will cause damage to the device during the peeling process of the protective film. The middle protective film falls off, causing damage to the device surface
[0003] Therefore, adhesive compositions suitable for protective films are still to be studied

Embodiment 1

[0053] In this example, composite membranes were prepared as follows:

[0054] (1) Take 10g by 75% acrylate compound (15% C containing hydroxyl 1-4 Acrylate compound and 60% C without hydroxyl 8-12 Acrylate compound) and 25% acrylamide compound (C without hydroxyl 1-8 Acrylamide compound) is a hydroxyacryl polymer resin (relative weight average molecular weight is 500000), 7.5g ethyl acetate, 0.2g Li(C 2 f 5 SO 2 ) 2 N. 0.6 g of polyethylene glycol modified dimethyl organosiloxane (relative weight average molecular weight: 1080), 0.2 g of hexamethylene diisocyanate, and 0.06 g of BYK-306 were uniformly mixed to obtain an adhesive coating liquid.

[0055](2) Coating the adhesive coating solution on the corona surface of the optical-grade polyester film, putting it in an oven at 100° C. for 1 min, and taking it out to obtain a protective film. The protective film and the release film were combined, and baked in an oven at 80° C. for 4 hours to obtain a polarizer composite ...

Abstract

The invention provides an adhesive composition, a protective film, a composite film and a device. The adhesive composition comprises an acryloyl polymer containing hydroxyl and a polyether modified alkane side siloxane polymer. The surface resistance of the protective film containing the adhesive composition is low, static electricity generated in the stripping or using process is reduced to a great extent, and therefore equipment losses are reduced. Moreover, the heat and humidity resistance is high, no residue exists on the surface of the device after stripping, and wide application is facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of materials. Specifically, the present invention relates to adhesive compositions, protective films, composite films and devices. Background technique [0002] In the assembly process of devices, such as optical devices (such as polarizers), in order to avoid bumps or contamination when the device is assembled or used, a protective film is usually attached to the surface of the device. The performance of the adhesive between the protective film and the device is very important, especially the antistatic performance and peel strength. The generation of static electricity will cause damage to the device during the peeling process of the protective film. The middle protective film falls off, causing damage to the device surface. [0003] Therefore, an adhesive composition suitable for a protective film remains to be studied at present. Contents of the invention [0004] The present invention aims to solve a...
