The foam pressure-sensitive adhesive product comprises a component A and a component B, wherein according to weight percentages, raw materials of the component A comprise 4-10% of a hard monomer or hard monomers, 25-35% of a soft monomer or soft monomers, 1-5% of a functional monomer or functionalmonomers, 60% of a solvent or solvents, and an initiator which accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the total weight of the hard monomer(s), the soft monomer(s) and the functional monomer(s); and raw materials of the component B comprise a tackifying resin or tackifying resins which account for 1-5% of the total weight of the component A, and a curing agent or curing agents which account for 0.1-1% of the total weight of the component A. The foam pressure-sensitive adhesive product disclosed by the invention has the advantages that a sufficient adhesive strength can be provided for fixation of an adheredobject, and high heat resistance and high damp heat resistance are achieved; and under the premise of a high cohesion strength, the adhesive achieves a larger initial adhesive force and a lower glass-transition temperature, so that the adhesive can be removably stripped off and is highly infiltrative.

The invention discloses a NiMA1Y/Al2O3 composite coating and a preparation method thereof and an application thereof. The NiMAlY/Al2O3 composite coating comprises a NiMA1Y layer and an Al2O3 layer which are formed on the surface of a base body in sequence; the NiMA1Y layer comprises 82-84 wt% Ni, 1-10 wt% M, 12-24 wt% Al and 0.5-1.5 wt% Y; and the Al2O3 layer mainly consists of alpha-Al2O3, wherein M comprises any one or a combination of two or more than two elements from elements of Cr, Si and Pt. The preparation method comprises the steps of using a NiMAlY target and an Al target as target materials and using inert gas as working gas to apply target current to a NiMAlY alloy target and the Al target and apply bias voltage to the base body by using a physical vapor deposition technology so as to deposit the NiMAlY alloy target and the Al target on the surface of the base body in sequence to form a NiMAlY layer and an Al layer; and then carrying out pre-oxidation treatment on the Al layer to form an Al2O3 layer so as to obtain the NiMA1Y/Al2O3 composite coating. The composite coating prepared by the preparation method has the advantages of excellent high temperature resistance property, heat and humidity resistance and heat and salt corrosion resistance and is suitable for being applied to surface protection of equipment key parts in severe environments, such as high temperature, heat salt and special mediums, involved in aerospace and marine environments.

The rustproof wax water emulsion is prepared by using an emulsification technology through the specific steps that microcrystalline wax and petroleum resins in a certain proportion are heated to be 100-120 DEG C for melting; a composite emulsifying agent is added and fully stirred; the temperature is reduced to be 90 DEG C; hot water with the temperature of 85-95 DEG C is continuously added and continuously stirred for 30 minutes at constant temperature so as to prepare composite paraffin emulsion; the composite paraffin emulsion is cooled to be below 50 DEG C; 0.05-0.15 percent of corrosion inhibitor solutions are added and continuously stirred for 10 minutes.
