[0034] (1) Preparation of GQDs: Weigh 300 mg of graphite powder, ultrasonically mix it in a mixed acid of 20 mL of nitric acid and 60 mL of sulfuric acid, then continuously stir and reflux in an oil bath at 120 °C for 12 h, and cool down to room temperature naturally after the reaction is terminated. The solution was diluted into 300 mL of deionized water and neutralized with sodium carbonate, followed by removal of sodium sulfate and sodium nitrate salts in the solution with a 240 nm filter membrane in a -4 °C ice-water bath. Abstract

The invention discloses a surface dendritic crystal Au@GQDs@PtPb core-shell structure composite material which takes Au nanoparticles as a core, GQDs as an interlayer and PtPb alloy as a shell layer,and the Au nanoparticles, the GQDs and the PtPb alloy are combined to form a dendritic crystal core-shell structure. Au@GQDs@Pt core-shell nano dendritic crystal is used as a substrate, and the Au@GQDs@Pt core-shell structure nano composite material is obtained through a reaction of reducing a precursor Pb(NO3)2 by ascorbic acid. Due to the electronic effect of PtPb and the synergistic effect of Au-Pt metal, due to the dispersity of the GQDs and a special core-shell structure, the electro-catalytic activity (the catalytic performance thereof is 30-40 times that of commercial Pt / C) of methanoland the tolerance and stability to CO poisoning are greatly improved, and the material has potential application prospects in DMFCs.
