Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing fuel slurry by mixing carbon residues separated from coal gasification fine slag and oil obtained after rapid pyrolysis of biomass. The method comprisesthe following steps: (1) with coal gasification fine slag as a raw material, implementing carbon-ash separation of the coal gasification fine slag by using a froth flotation technique so as to separate out the carbon residues; (2) with biomass as a raw material, preparing biomass pyrolysis oil through a rapid pyrolysis technology; and (3) mixing the carbon residues obtained in the step (1) with the biomass pyrolysis oil obtained in the step (2) to prepare the fuel slurry. According to the method, carbon residues and tailing ash of gasification fine slag are separated through the froth flotation technique, and resource utilization of the gasification fine slag is achieved; and the biomass rapid pyrolysis technology is adopted to obtain the biomass rapid pyrolysis oil which has high energy density and can be transported for a long distance.
