A raw material inlet and a hydrogen inlet are respectively formed in the side wall of the pre-hydrogenationreactor, hydrogen is preheated by a hydrogen preheater and then enters the micro-interface generators from the hydrogen inlet, and a raw material petroleum resin solution is preheated by a raw material preheater and then enters the micro-interface generators from the raw material inlet.
