Problems solved by technology

However, behind the multiple processes is the increase in preparation costs, and at the cost of losing part of the color rendering performance, in exchange for an increase in service life
In addition, the yellowing of the polymer or the polymer of the microcapsule shell material due to its own aging will also affect the overall color rendering effect of the photochromic material

Abstract

The invention discloses a photochromic polyurethane film and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing binary isocyanate, a catechin compound and tannic acid, adding a formed mixture into an acetone solution containing a cross-linking agent, then adding dimethylolpropionic acid, a chain extender and a catalyst, and conducting reaction to obtain a prepolymersolution; and adding polyether and a ferrous salt into the prepared prepolymer solution, conducting uniform mixing, conducting treating at 120-150 DEG C for 20-30 minutes, conducting heating to 200 DEG C, and conducting casting to form a film, thereby obtaining the product. The catechin compound and tannic acid are grafted into diisocyanate molecules through a prepolymerization method, and then ferrous tannate and a catechin ferrous complex are formed through polyether and the ferrous salt. As a polyphenol compound, catechin can transfer electrons through a photo-induced phenol free radical conjugation effect, so that the conversion of ferrous tannate and the catechin ferrous complex into an iron tannate and catechin iron complex is realized, and a blue black color is presented. When transferred into a dark environment, the catechin is recovered to an original state, so that iron is converted into ferrous iron to fade.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of anti-fog polyurethane materials, in particular to a photochromic polyurethane film and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of living standards, people have higher requirements for the appearance and decoration of various consumer products. For example, the appearance of mobile phones has become one of the main determinants of whether a product sells well. In recent years, the introduction of gradient colors has brought new changes to the decoration of the back cover of the mobile phone, making the back cover of the mobile phone more beautiful and eye-catching. The decorative diaphragms currently on the market have a fixed color. In order to meet the increasing consumer demand for product appearance, new design elements need to be introduced. Therefore, there is an urgent need in the industry for a new photochromic gradient film and a preparation method thereof. [000...
