Embodiment 1

[0025] Example 1: An electrochemical sensor for detecting glucose, based on cobalt@nickel-metal organic framework-graphene (CNMs-GR) nanocomposite material, the preparation method of the electrochemical sensor is as follows:

[0026] (1) Preparation of cobalt@nickel-metal organic framework: 0.375 mmol of Co(NO 3 ) 2 , 0.375 mmol of Ni(NO 3 ) 2 and 0.75 mmol of 2-aminoterephthalic acid were added to 36 mL of solvent (32 mL of N.N-dimethylformamide, 2 mL of ethanol and 2 mL of secondary water) for sonication. The resulting product was sealed in a reactor and heated at 200 °C for 24 h. Then the reactor was cooled to room temperature, and the solid was collected and washed several times with secondary water. Finally, the resulting solid was dried overnight at 60 °C to obtain cobalt@nickel-MOF powders.

[0027] (2) Preparation of cobalt@nickel-metal-organic framework-graphene: 5.0 mg / mL graphene and 8 mg / mL cobalt@nickel-metal-organic framework were added to water, and 40 KHz ...

Embodiment 2

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of electrochemical electrode materials, and provides an electrochemical sensor for detecting glucose and a preparation method thereof. The electrochemical sensor is an electrochemical sensor based on cobalt@nickel-metal organic framework-graphene (CNMs-GR) , the sensor was used to simultaneously detect glucose in human serum. It exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity, the electrode modification process is simpler, and it has good stability and reproducibility. Based on cobalt@nickel‑metal organic framework‑graphene (CNMs‑GR) nanocomposites, bimetallic frameworks were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal reaction to prepare cobalt@nickel‑metal organic framework‑graphene CNMs‑GR nanocomposites. The sensitivity of the electrode is improved and the electrode modification process is simplified. The electrochemical sensor is used to construct a sensing system for detecting glucose in human serum, which significantly improves the selectivity of the electrode. The detection limit is 0.087μmol / L. Wide linear range and high sensitivity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of electrochemical electrode materials, and specifically relates to an electrochemical sensor for detecting glucose and a preparation method thereof. The electrochemical sensor is an electrochemical sensor based on cobalt@nickel-metal organic framework-graphene (CNMs-GR). sensor for the simultaneous detection of glucose in human serum. Background technique [0002] Glucose is an essential biomolecule directly involved in metabolic activities in the human body as it produces carbon dioxide and energy (ATP) through oxidation processes. However, high concentrations of glucose in the human blood can cause damage to human health, which can lead to diabetes and other complications. If left unchecked, diabetes can endanger a person's physical condition, causing disability and even death. According to reports, 415 million people face serious diabetes problems, while 193 million people with diabetes ...
