Abstract

The invention provides an RNA bacteriostatic agent siR2 which has an RNA sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The invention further provides a crop pathogen inhibitor which at least contains siR2. Specifically, the inhibitor can be a spray containing siR2, and effective prevention and treatment of gray mold are achieved through spraying. By applying a solution of siR2, germination of botrytis cinerea spores and infection toxicity of botrytis cinerea to plants can be remarkably inhibited, and the RNA bacteriostatic agent siR2 can be used for preventing and treating gray mold of vegetable crops.
