Problems solved by technology

Not only that, but unsafe and inappropriate disposal methods can cause tailings dams to fail, causing significant loss of life and property
These reasons also lead to the fact that phosphorous tailings cannot be buried like ordinary stones, and a large number of tailings ponds can only be built for storage, and a large number of resources in phosphorous tailings, such as quartz, cannot be effectively utilized.

Embodiment 1

[0035] Provide a kind of preparation method of phosphorus tailings solid acid catalyst, specifically comprise the following steps:

[0036] 1) 25g of phosphate rock tailings (50.25% of quartz content) are ball milled to a 200 mesh pass rate of 99%, transferred to a ceramic crucible, added with 50g of anhydrous sodium carbonate, and mixed evenly. Then put it into a muffle furnace, heat it to 700°C for calcination for 4 hours, then cool it down to room temperature naturally, transfer the solid to a beaker, add 100 mL of deionized water, stir in a water bath at 50°C for 4 hours, and filter while it is hot to obtain silicon Sodium acid solution.

[0037] 2) Add 0.5g PEG-1000, 2g EtOH and 3.7g ethyl acetate to the sodium silicate solution obtained in step 1), mix well, then drop 10% sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value of the leaching solution to 1, and control the temperature at 25°C , Aged for 3 hours after forming a white precipitate, washed, precipitated, dried, and calcined a...

Embodiment 2

[0042] Provide a kind of preparation method of phosphorus tailings solid acid catalyst, specifically comprise the following steps:

[0043]1) 50 g of phosphate rock tailings (quartz content 45.57%) are ball milled to a 250 mesh pass rate of 99%, transferred to a ceramic crucible, added with 100 g of anhydrous sodium carbonate, and mixed evenly. Then put it into a muffle furnace, heat it to 800°C for 6 hours, then cool it down to room temperature naturally, transfer the solid to a beaker, add 1000 mL of deionized water, stir in a water bath at 50°C for 6 hours, and filter while it is hot to obtain silicon Sodium acid solution.

[0044] 2) Add 1g PEG-1000, 4g EtOH and 8g ethyl acetate to the sodium silicate solution obtained in step 1) and mix evenly, then drop 20% sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value of the leaching solution to 1, and control the temperature at 25°C to form Aged for 4 hours after the white precipitate, washed, precipitated, dried, and calcined at 600°C for 6 h...

Embodiment 3

[0047] Provide a kind of preparation method of phosphorus tailings solid acid catalyst, specifically comprise the following steps:

[0048] The solid acid catalyst gained in embodiment 1 is applied to the saponin extraction in the yellow ginger, and the concrete steps are:

[0049] 1) 100 g of phosphate rock tailings (67.54 percent quartz content) are ball milled to a 300 mesh pass rate of 99 percent, transferred to a ceramic crucible, added with 200 g of anhydrous sodium carbonate, and mixed uniformly. Then put it into a muffle furnace, heat it to 850°C for calcination for 6 hours, then cool it down to room temperature naturally, transfer the solid to a beaker, add 1000mL of deionized water, stir in a water bath at 100°C for 7 hours, and filter while it is hot to obtain silicon Sodium acid solution.

Abstract

The invention provides a phosphate tailing solid acid catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof in saponin extraction. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) ball-milling phosphate rock tailings, adding anhydrous sodium carbonate, performing calcining, adding deionized water, and performing extracting to obtain a sodium silicate solution; 2) adding PEG-1000, EtOH and ethyl acetate into the sodium silicate solution, adjusting the pH value to 1-3 and the temperature to 25-60 DEG C, performing aging after forming white precipitate, and calcining the solid to obtain SiO2 microspheres containing hydroxyl groups on the surfaces; 3) dispersing the SiO2 microspheres in an organic solvent, and dropwise adding chlorosulfonic acid or fuming concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain the solid acid catalyst. The preparation is simple, the conditions are mild, the phosphate tailing solid waste is used as the raw material, the cost is low, and the repeated utilization of waste resources is realized; the obtained solid acid catalyst is uniform in particle size, high in catalytic activity when used for saponin extraction, small in solid acid dosage, recyclable, free of secondary pollution and remarkable in economic and environmental benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of solid acid catalysts, and in particular relates to a method for preparing a phosphorus tailings solid acid catalyst and its application in extracting saponin. Background technique [0002] Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright, a vine endemic to China. Also known as turmeric or fire head root, pillow root. As early as 2,000 years ago, the Chinese people used its rhizomes as edible materials and folk medicinal materials. The researchers found that the main medicinal component of diosgenin comes from diosgenin in its rhizome, also known as saponin. Saponin is a class of natural products with high pharmacological activity. It has various functions of lowering blood sugar, lowering cholesterol, enhancing immunity, antibacterial, and anticancer. In recent years, drugs containing saponins as main components have been developed and widely used. The main component of Dunye Guanxinning is the water-soluble saponi...
