Abstract

The invention discloses a biodegradable high-temperature water-soluble colored PVA film, wherein the biodegradable high-temperature water-soluble colored PVA film comprises the raw materials: PVA, a plasticizer, a pigment, a surface treating agent and a processing aid, and is a colored PVA film which is not dissolved at normal temperature and is prepared by carrying out dry melt extrusion on a melt plasticized and modified PVA material. The high-temperature water-soluble colored PVA film prepared by the method provided by the invention not only overcomes the problem that the high-temperature water-soluble PVA raw material is easy to decompose and carbonize in the thermoplastic processing process, but also directly endows the PVA film with colorful colors. Compared with solution casting film forming, the method is simple in process, low in cost, insoluble at normal temperature and colored, and is more beneficial to industrial production of blow molding of PVA materials.
