Problems solved by technology

PLIA is a polymer with good biocompatibility and biodegradability, but it also has disadvantages such as low strength and acidic degradation products leading to local inflammation
HA is the main inorganic component in bone tissue, but its mechanical strength is low, its brittleness is high, and its fracture and impact resistance are poor.

Embodiment 1

[0022] A preparation method of PLLA / HA composite support, the preparation process is as follows:

[0023] 1) Use 3D design software to design bracket models and molds;

[0024] 2) Preparation of PLLA / HA film;

[0025] Wherein, using chloroform as a solvent, add 4.0g PLLA and 1.0g HA in the reaction vessel, the volume concentration is 10%g / mL; After 24 hours of magnetic stirring at constant temperature, a suspension solution is formed, and after pouring into the film-forming device, Place it in a blast drying oven for 48 hours; volatilize to remove air bubbles and make a PLLA / HA film.

[0026] 3) Using the PLLA / HA film made in 2) to make a pre-stent;

[0027] Among them, the PLLA / HA film prepared in 2) was cut into filaments with a cross-section of 1.0 mm×1.0 mm, and pre-stents with a length of 80 mm and diameters of 20-26 mm were made on a mold.

[0028] 4) Prepare PLLA / HA spinning solution;

[0029] Among them, chloroform was used as a solvent, and 4.0 g PLLA and 1.0 g HA...

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a PLLA / HA composite scaffold and application of the PLLA / HA composite scaffold in a tracheal stent. The invention discloses a preparation method of a PLLA / HA composite scaffold and an application of the PLLA / HA composite scaffold in a tracheal stent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) designing a scaffold model and a mold by utilizing a three-dimensional design software; 2) preparing a PLLA / HA film; 3) preparing a pre-scaffold by using the PLLA / HA film from the step (2); 4) preparing PLLA / HA spinning solution; 5) preparing electrospining film; and 6) cladding the pre-scaffold prepared in 3) with the electrospinning film to obtain the PLLA / HA composite scaffold. The PLLA / HA composite scaffold prepared by the preparation method has good mechanical property, and morphology meeting requirements of tissue engineering materials. The PLLA / HA composite scaffold can meet requirements for implantation of endotracheal stents, and is a novel material for endotracheal stents.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a PLLA / HA composite material stent and its application in a tracheal stent. Background technique [0002] Tissue engineering research is to plant functional cells on a biomimetic extracellular matrix bio-scaffold material, make them proliferate and differentiate, and implant them into body tissues, so as to repair and regenerate diseased tissues. Therefore, the structure and function of tissue engineering scaffold materials must have the effect similar to extracellular matrix, and have good biocompatibility, absorbability and good mechanical properties. Current research shows that it is difficult for one material to meet the requirements of tissue engineering scaffold materials. Therefore, the research on the composite, modification and performance of different materials is the focus of tissue engineering research. [0003] Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and hydroxyapatite (HA) are the most commonly used res...
