Embodiment 1

[0020] Corn straw was used as the raw material of lignocellulosic biomass, and a deep eutectic solvent with a molar ratio of choline chloride / lactic acid of 1:2 was used as a processing aid. The treatment was carried out under the reaction conditions that the mass ratio of corn stalks to deep eutectic solvent was 20:1, the temperature was 120°C, the reaction time was 100min, the stirring condition was 600rpm, and the ultrasonic treatment was 20min. 56% of the lignin was removed, 68% of the hemicellulose was removed, and the cellulose retention rate was 87%. After solid-liquid separation, the cellulose is subjected to high-pressure homogenization treatment three times to obtain a high-concentration milky white viscous nanocellulose product with an average particle size of 120nm. The hemicellulose is subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis and saccharification treatment to obtain a xylose hydrolyzate, which is then concentrated and dried to obtain a xylose product. Anti-solvent washi...

Embodiment 2

[0022] Switchgrass was used as the raw material of lignocellulosic biomass, and a deep eutectic solvent with a molar ratio of choline chloride / citric acid of 1:4 was used as a processing aid. The treatment was carried out under the reaction conditions that the mass ratio of corn stalks to deep eutectic solvent was 25:1, the temperature was 110°C, the reaction time was 140min, the stirring condition was 800rpm, and the microwave was 5min. 66% lignin removal, 59% hemicellulose removal and 88% cellulose retention were obtained. After solid-liquid separation, the cellulose is subjected to high-pressure homogenization treatment twice to obtain a high-concentration milky white viscous nano-cellulose product with an average particle size of 180nm. The hemicellulose is subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis and saccharification treatment to obtain a xylose hydrolyzate, which is then concentrated and dried to obtain a xylose product. Anti-solvent washing, vacuum filtration, centrifugation ...

Embodiment 3

[0024] Corncobs were used as the raw material of lignocellulosic biomass, and a deep eutectic solvent with a molar ratio of choline chloride / lactic acid of 1:10 was used as a processing aid. The treatment was carried out under the reaction conditions that the mass ratio of corn stalks to deep eutectic solvent was 20:1, the temperature was 150°C, the reaction time was 90 minutes, the stirring condition was 700 rpm, and the ultrasonic wave was 15 minutes. 80% lignin removal was obtained, 62% hemicellulose was removed, and the cellulose retention rate was 75%. After solid-liquid separation, the cellulose is subjected to high-pressure homogenization treatment 4 times to obtain a high-concentration milky white viscous nano-cellulose product with an average particle size of 105 nm. The hemicellulose is subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis and saccharification treatment to obtain a xylose hydrolyzate, which is then concentrated and dried to obtain a xylose product. Anti-solvent washing...

Abstract

The main components of wood fiber are cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. The wood fiber is a renewable resource formed by photosynthesis in nature. The utilization of good wood fibers has important significance. The invention discloses a preparation method of a taste-modifying soft capsule based on wood fiber all-component utilization. The method specifically comprises the following step of: performing fractional separation on three major components by adopting a green solvent deep eutectic solvent, wherein cellulose is prepared into nano cellulose to serve as a basic film-forming material of the capsule, xylose extracted from hemicellulose serves as a flavoring aid, and lignin is prepared into nano lignin to serve as a bonding and drug-loading material. According to the method, all components of wood fibers can be fully utilized, and the preparation of the taste-modifying soft capsule is realized. The method is of great significance to high value-added application of wood fibers in the field of medicine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the high value-added application field of biomass, and in particular relates to a preparation method of flavor-correcting soft capsules based on the utilization of whole components of wood fiber. Background technique [0002] Lignocellulosic biomass, referred to as wood fiber, is an inexhaustible renewable resource that exists widely on the earth and grows through photosynthesis. Lignocellulosic fibers are composed of three basic components, namely cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. Lignin has the effect of bonding, which tightly binds cellulose and hemicellulose in plants to resist external effects; lignin can be prepared to form nano-lignin. Cellulose is a linear polymer with crystalline and non-crystalline regions, which can be prepared to form nanocellulose. Nano lignin and nano cellulose have a wide range of applications in the field of medicine. Hemicellulose contains five carbon sugars from which xylose can be extra...
