Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a fluorinated ZIF-90 modified PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) film. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: 1) synthesizing fluorinated imidazole by taking 2-aldehyde imidazole and 2, 3, 4, 5, 6-pentafluoroaniline as raw materials; (2) synthesizing fluorinated ZIF-90 powder by taking the fluorinated imidazole as a ligand; and (3) doping the fluorinated ZIF-90 powder into the PDMS membrane casting solution, and preparing the fluorinated ZIF-90 modified PDMS membrane by using a tape casting method. The prepared fluorinated ZIF-90 has good compatibility with PDMS, the surface energy of a membrane material is remarkably reduced and the hydrophobicity and the affinity of organic matters are improved when the fluorinated ZIF-90 is used for modifying a PDMS membrane, and the prepared membrane has good butanol / water pervaporation separation performance and has application prospects in the fields of pervaporation, VOCs recovery and the like.
