The method specifically comprises the following steps: step 1, purifying the micro-silicon powder; 2, dissolving the silica fume obtained in the step 1 by using hydrofluoric acid to obtain a solution A; step 3, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into the solution A to obtain a solution B; step 4, mutually dissolving ammonia water with a polyethylene glycol solution or ethanol, and adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to obtain a solution C; 5, the solution B is placed in a water bath kettle for water bath heating and stirring, then the solution C is slowly added into the solution B, adding of the solution C is stopped until the pH of the solution B is 9, then heating stirring is conducted, aging is conducted after heating stirring is completed, and a solution D is obtained; step 6, carrying out vacuum suction filtration on the solution D, washing the obtained product with deionized water added with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and then carrying out alcohol washing with ethanol; and 7, drying the product obtained in the step 6 in a drying box, and grinding.
