Abstract

The invention discloses a multifunctional self-sensitized Yb-based fluoride nanocrystal particle as well as a synthesis method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of optical functional nano materials and technologies. Specifically, the material is prepared from tetragonal phase alpha-NaYbF4 nanocrystal particles (alpha-NaYbF4: Tm < 3 + >) which are singly doped with rare earth ions Tm < 3 + >; the nanocrystal material can be synthesized by a sodium citrate assisted ethanol-water system solvothermal method; under the excitation of 980nm laser, the nano-particles have relatively strong ultraviolet luminescence, and meanwhile, an efficient light-induced heat effect can be realized. Therefore, the prepared nanocrystal particles can be applied to the technical fields of biomedicine or information such as photodynamic or photothermal therapy, drug delivery and controlled release, nano lasers and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of optical functional nanometer materials and technologies, and in particular relates to a multifunctional self-sensitizing Yb-based fluoride nanocrystal particle and its synthesis method and application. Background technique [0002] Rare earth up-conversion luminescence has very high practical application value in the fields of biomedical imaging, diagnosis and treatment, super-resolution imaging, and optogenetics. Rare-earth-alkaline-earth metal-fluorides are a class of commonly used high-efficiency luminescent host materials. In conventional rare earth up-conversion luminescence, two rare earth ions need to be doped in the host lattice, such as Yb 3+ / Er 3+ , Yb 3 + / Tm 3+ Wait. Yb-based fluoride NaYbF 4 , there are a few reports in the literature, but most of them focus on the hexagonal phase (β-) structure, because it is generally believed that the structure of the hexagonal phase has higher luminous effici...
