Abstract

The invention discloses a culture medium used in a screening method of heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification bacteria in acidic rice field soil. The culture medium comprises a heterotrophic nitrification liquid culture medium and a denitrification solid culture medium. The invention also discloses a method for screening the heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification bacteria in the acid rice field soil by using the culture medium. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a selective culture medium for the heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification bacteria in the acid rice field soil; preparing a rice field soil turbid liquid; screening of heterotrophic nitrification strains; separating a heterotrophic nitrification strain; purifying the heterotrophic nitrification strain; screening of heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification strains; detecting the heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification capabilities; and carrying out DNA extraction, PCR analysis and identification on the strain.
