Abstract

The present invention relates to preparation of organic polymer coagulant and its application in water treatment. Said method incldues condensation polymerization, inorganic ammonium salt is dissolved in a reactor containing aliphatic aldehyde and water, reaction temp. is 60-95 deg.C, reaction time is controlled at 0.5-3 hr., proceed hydrolysis and esterification, reduce the temp. of reaction liquid to 20-70 deg.C., and phosphorus trichloride, raise temp. to 90-120 deg.C, react for 2-9 hr., then reduce temp. of 45-85 deg.C, and additive, continue reaction 1-3 hr. cool to room temp. to obtain product. The invented product is ideal in waste water treatment, good in stability, non-toxic etc..

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of chemical and chemical flocculants, in particular to an organic polymer flocculant, a preparation method thereof and an application in water treatment. Background technique [0002] Flocculants have been widely used in wastewater treatment. As far as the existing flocculants are concerned, they can be divided into two categories: inorganic flocculants and organic flocculants according to their chemical composition. Among the inorganic flocculants, inorganic polymer flocculants are dominant, such as polysulfuric ferric chloride, polyphosphoric ferric chloride, polyferric silicate, polyferric phosphate and other iron salts and polyferric aluminum chloride, polysilicon Aluminum salt flocculants such as aluminum sulfate and aluminum polyphosphate sulfate. Inorganic polymer flocculants are easy to obtain raw materials, easy to prepare, and cheap, but they are used in large amounts, settling slowly, and have a lot of sla...
