Antisense oligonucleotide targeting interleukin 4 receptor and use thereof

PCT designated stageWO2026138437A1DiseasePemphigoids
The present invention relates to an antisense oligonucleotide targeting an interleukin 4 receptor and the use thereof. The antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) molecule has a length of 16-22 bases and is specifically paired with a specific region of a target gene (interleukin 4 receptor). The ASO is used for treating diseases associated with IL-4Rα, which includes, but is not limited to, asthma (including eosinophilic asthma), atopic dermatitis, eosinophilic esophagitis, sinusitis, nasal polyps, prurigo nodularis, urticaria, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bullous pemphigoid, pruritus, and gastritis.

Method and device of treating chronic kidney disease-associated pruritus

The presently disclosed subject matter is directed to an effective method of treating chronic kidney disease-associated pruritus. Particularly, the method comprises the transmucosal administering of nalmefene to treat chronic kidney disease-associated pruritus, as well as cholestatic pruritus and / or prurigo nodularis. The nalmefene can be configured in a single layer film comprising at least two distinct domains. The film can include a first discrete domain comprising about 50-100 weight percent polymer matrix and the second discrete domain can comprise the nalmefene or pharmaceutically acceptable nalmefene salt.

Il31-binding polypeptides and uses thereof

Provided herein are polypeptides that bind IL31 and methods of using IL31-binding polypeptides to modulate the biological activity of IL31. Also provided herein are nucleic acids, host cells, and methods of preparing polypeptides that bind IL31. Uses and methods provided herein include, but are not limited to, methods of treating an IL31-associated condition, such as a pruritic condition, atopic dermatitis, prurigo nodularis, and chronic spontaneous urticaria. Also provided herein are methods of detecting using the polypeptides that bind IL31.
