system, equipment, and medium for battery swapping stations. The billing and settlement method includes: obtaining the total number of vehicles belonging to the same customer and the average daily operating mileage of each vehicle; obtaining a
tiered service fee unit price based on the total number of vehicles and the average daily operating mileage of each vehicle, wherein the higher the total number of vehicles, the lower the
tiered service fee unit price, and the higher the average daily operating mileage of each vehicle, the lower the
tiered service fee unit price; determining the customer's battery swapping service fee based on the tiered service fee unit price; and obtaining the customer's settlement fee based on a minimum service fee, the customer's battery swapping service fee, and the customer's
electricity bill. Using the embodiments of this application, by calculating service fees in tiers, the frequency of battery swapping by customers and the
utilization rate of battery swapping stations can be increased, thereby increasing the profitability of battery swapping stations; at the same time, by setting a minimum service fee, basic
operating cost recovery can be guaranteed, reducing the operating risk of battery swapping stations.
