The invention relates to an octopus-like recoverable
vena cava filter. A basket net with fixing barbs is arranged at one end of a filter body, and six supporting rods are arranged at the other end ofthe filter body. The filter consists of a recovering hook, a connecting release nut, a connecting curved rod, the fixing barbs, a transition rod, a rhombic filtering net, a connecting
pipe and the lower supporting rods. According to the filter, after the filter swells, an included angle of 15-90 degrees is formed between the transition rod and a longitudinal axis of the filter; after the filter isimplanted into the
human body, the filter is not in contact with inner membranes of
blood vessel walls, endometrial hyperplastic tissue can only
climb to the fixing barbs and the lower supporting rods and cannot
climb into a V-shaped structure formed between the transition rod and the rhombic filtering net, correspondingly the
recovery resistance of the filter can be remarkably reduced when the filter is recovered, and the
retention time of the filter in the
human body can be fully prolonged, wherein the fixing barbs and the lower supporting rods are in contact with the
blood vessel walls. Additionally, the fixing barbs on the upper portion of the filter and the lower supporting rods form a vertical supporting structure to guarantee the balance of the filter in blood vessels, the filter is prevented from tilting due to flushing of blood and movement of the
human body, and
filtration of
thrombus is prevented from failing.
