The invention discloses a material with a biological anti-pollution function as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of biological materials. The functional material for biological decontamination comprises a base material, a poly(phenol-amine) coating layer and a super-hydrophilic coating layer, wherein the poly(phenol-amine) coating layer and the super-hydrophilic coating layer are formed on the base material, wherein the poly(phenol-amine) coating layer is obtained by reacting a polyphenol compound containing carboxyl and polyamine macromolecules. The preparation method comprises the steps: forming the poly(phenol-amine) adhesion coating layer on the base material by utilizing a phenol-amine chemical coating technology, and then covalently grafting hyaluronic acid by utilizing amido on the poly(phenol-amine) adhesion coating layer to form a hyaluronic acid coating layer. When the coating layer is in contact with water, a hydration layer is formed on the surface of the coating layer, and a super-hydrophilic surface is formed, so that adhesion, migration and proliferation of components, endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, inflammatory cells and the like in blood are effectively inhibited; therefore, the material or instrument with the biological anti-pollution function, such as an inferior vena cava filter or a central venous catheter or an artificial heart auxiliary pump with a recyclable function, can be prepared.
