This invention provides a fixed flipping
system, relating to the field of automotive painting equipment technology. It includes a moving mechanism, a flipping mechanism, a flipping shaft, and an auxiliary draining mechanism. The moving mechanism comprises two fixed frames, two limiting tracks, a moving drive
assembly, and two moving plates. Each limiting track is installed within a
fixed frame, and the moving drive
assembly slides within the limiting track. Both moving plates are connected to the moving drive
assembly, and the flipping mechanism is mounted on the moving plates. Through overall angle adjustment and the arrangement of lateral and vertical shaking components, forces can be applied to the residual liquid from multiple physical dimensions. Gravity,
centrifugal force, and multi-directional inertial force work together to effectively disrupt the
surface tension of the liquid, "driving" and collecting residual liquid hidden in the dead corners and bends of complex structures, achieving near-complete draining and significantly improving the quality and safety of subsequent processes.
