The invention provides a composite soil adsorbent for preventing high-content soil in concrete from adsorbing a poly-carboxylic water reducer, and a preparation method and using method of the composite soil adsorbent. The composite soil adsorbent is prepared from the following raw materials by mass percent: 10 to 20% of a dispersion thinner, 5 to 10% of a retarder, 0.5 to 2.5% of an ion complexing agent, 0.2 to 0.5% of a surfactant and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring the dispersion thinner and water in a reaction kettle until the dispersion thinner is dissolved completely to obtain an even solution; adding the retarder and the ion complexing agent, and stirring until the retarder and the complexing agent are dissolved completely; finally, adding the surfactant, heating by a water bath, and stirring uniformly, so as to obtain a product. The using method comprises that the mixing amount of the composite soil adsorbent which is used cooperatively with a poly-carboxylic water reducer mother solution or replaces a part of the poly-carboxylic water reducer mother solution is 0.2 to 0.5% of that of a cementing material. By adoption of the composite soil adsorbent, the preparation method and the using method, the adsorbing of the soil to the poly-carboxylic water reducer is reduced, therefore, the comprehensive properties of the concrete are improved remarkably, and the problem of poor usability of the poly-carboxylic water reducer in the concrete with high soil content is solved.

The invention discloses a method for preparing white carbon black and manganese fertilizer from manganese leaching residue. The method comprises the following steps: 1, washing the manganese leaching residue with dilute sulphuric acid solution and running water in turn to obtain the residue; 2, conducting reaction between the residue and 25 to 40% strong base solution by mass at 90 to 120 DEG C for 2 to 5 h, and filtering to obtain filtrate; 3, decoloring the filtrate with active carbon and then carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester at 100 to 120 DEG C to obtain the aqueous solution of silicate; 4, adding water and then inorganic acid and carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester for reaction at 40 to 90 DEG C for 0.5 to 2 h to obtain the white carbon black; and 5, drying and dehydrating the residue obtained in step 2 and adding into a high-speed mixer, adding phosphoric acid, anticaking agent and manganese sulfate into the high-speed mixer, and mixing at room temperature for 10 to 20 min to obtain the manganese fertilizer. The method is simple in process and low in cost and is suitable for industrial production; and the silicon dioxide content of the prepared white carbonblack is more than 95% by mass, the specific area is more than 270 m<2> / g and the particle size is less than 50 nm.

The preparation method of the gel polymer electrolyte includes the steps that a compound containing boric acid groups and an alkene compound with a diol structure are esterified to obtain boron-containing heterocyclic alkene monomers, and the boron-containing heterocyclic alkene monomers, the acrylate monomers, the photoinitiator, the lithium salt and the organic solvent are uniformly dispersed; a mould containing the mixed solution is irradiated by an LED lamp for surface photo-initiated polymerization, and the boron-containing gel polymer electrolyte is obtained.
