A winding battery with continuous tabs, symmetric meshed pole plates, same-direction electrodes and a membrane safety valve comprises a battery shell and a battery cell and is characterized in that the battery cell forms a cylindrical body by winding a positive pole plate, a negative pole plate and a separator by a battery cell winding shaft, wherein a positive current collection disc and a negative current collection disc are respectively arranged at tops of two ends of the battery cell, a tab is arranged at a top end of one side, near to the positive current collection disc, of the positive pole plate and is equal to the positive pole plate in length, a spiral groove is formed in current collection disc, a negative terminal is led to a positive end direction of the battery by an electrode terminal protection sleeve, the electrode terminal protection sleeve is arranged on a side surface of the battery shell, the positive pole plate and the negative pole plate are the composite meshed electrodes, high-strength conductive fiber meshes are used as bottom plates, and metal oxide coating layers such as ruthenium oxide, which are arranged in a strip way, positive active substances and negative active substances are arranged on the bottom plates. By a special end-surface current collection structure and the composite meshed electrodes, the current conduction capability is effectively improved; and meanwhile, the battery has high-rate charge and discharge characteristic of a supercapacitor, the dual-membrane safety valve is safer, and the performance of the battery is better.
