reaction system for hemp fibers, and relates to the technical field of
hemp fiber degumming. The aerobe degumming
reaction system comprises an efficient aerobe
fluidized bed reactor, a middle buffering
pool, a
hemp fiber aerobe degumming tank and a
control system. One side of the lower portion of the efficient aerobe
fluidized bed reactor is provided with a first feeding
pipe and an
aeration pipe, the other side of the lower portion of the efficient aerobe
fluidized bed reactor is provided with a second feeding
pipe, the middle of the efficient aerobe fluidized
bed reactor is provided with a reaction area, the upper portion of the reaction area is provided with a mud pipe, and the top of the reaction area is provided with a third water outlet; the middle buffering
pool comprises a water inlet and a mud outlet; the
hemp fiber aerobe degumming tank is provided with a water distribution area and a degumming area from bottom to top in sequence, wherein the water distribution area is provided with a water inlet pipe, an air inlet pipe and a microporous
aeration disc, one side of the upper portion of the degumming area is provided with a firstwater outlet, and the other side of the upper portion of the degumming area is provided with a second water outlet; besides, the hemp
fiber aerobe degumming tank is provided with a heat preservation layer, a hot water inlet and a hot water outlet. The
system is easy to operate and control, microbe degumming for the hemp fibers is achieved, the problem that degumming
wastewater is hard to treat isalso solved, and the
system achieves nearly zero
discharge, is
environmentally friendly, and has a good application prospect.
