The method comprises the following steps: I, mixing waste and compost to obtain a mixture I, and laying the mixture I in the fermentation trough; II, gradually fixing the fermentation trough in the fermentation cabin layer by layer, and loading the top cover on the fermentation cabin; III, changing the ventilation direction by opening and closing corresponding valves; and IV, after the fermentation, taking out the fermentation trough, mixing one part of fermented material and waste to obtain a mixture II which is used for the next composting fermentation, and taking the other part of the fermented material as a product to be sold.
