Abstract

The invention provides a hybrid membrane used for FFC gasoline desulphurization and a preparation method thereof. The hybrid membrane is prepared with the following components by weight proportion as follows: a polymer of 10 to 35 portions; a desulphurization absorbent of 5 to 60 portions; a solvent of 30 to 80 portions; an additive of 5 to 30 portions. The method for preparing the hybrid membrane is that the components are mixed according to the recipe, and are stirred for four to twelve hours at the temperature ranging from 70 DEG C to 80 DEG C; after the mixture is left to stand and debubbled for 24 hours to 48 hours, uniformly mixed casting solution is obtained. The casting solution is made into a flat membrane or a hollow fiber membrane according to the prior conventional method, thus getting the hybrid membrane with desulphurization function. The invention can fully exert the adsorption capability of the desulphurization absorbent and finish the following separation with simplified process and lower cost. The hybrid membrane has the advantages of high speed, simple method, strong control capability and the raw materials are wide in sources, low in cost, safe and environment-friendly, etc.
