In the preparation method of the invention, polyesterglycol is synthesized by adopting neopentylene glycol and isophthalic acid with the better hydrolytic stability, thus the storage stability of polyesterglycol is improved. A given mass of conjugated double bond is introduced in the trunk chain, the conjugated double bond can be copolymerized with acrylic monomers, thereby graft copolymer is formed.
