Embodiment 1

[0011] Embodiment 1: utilize molybdenum-containing waste material molybdenum ash (mud) to produce the method for molybdate.

[0012] Take 1 part of molybdenum ash (mud) and add 4 parts by weight of sulfuric acid solution. The volume ratio of the concentration of sulfuric acid solution is 1:40. Heat to 60-80°C. After stirring and reacting for 2 hours under normal pressure, filter while hot to separate the filter residue and filtrate. Wash the filter residue with ammonia, take 1 part of the filter residue and add 4 parts by weight of ammonia water for washing, the volume ratio of the concentration of ammonia water is 1:1, control the pH of the solution to 8-10, heat to 30°C-40°C, and stir for 1 hour , the obtained washed solution is subjected to acid precipitation, crystallization and drying to obtain molybdate. The filtrate is processed by adding an oxidizing agent (such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite, manganese dioxide or pyrolusite) to the filtrate until the solut...

Embodiment 2

[0013] Embodiment 2: A method for producing molybdate by utilizing molybdenum-containing waste molybdenum soot.

[0014] Take 1 part of molybdenum soot and add 3 parts by weight of sulfuric acid solution. The volume ratio of the concentration of sulfuric acid solution is 1:200. Heat to 60°C. After stirring and reacting for 2 hours under normal pressure, filter while hot to separate the filter residue and filtrate. The filtrate is a yellow solution of molybdate, and the filter residue is brown insoluble oxides and silica impurities. Wash the filter residue with ammonia, take 1 part of the filter residue and add 4 parts by weight of ammonia water for washing, the volume ratio of the concentration of ammonia water is 1:1, control the pH of the solution to 8-9, heat to 40°C, and stir for 1 hour to obtain the obtained After washing, the solution is subjected to acid precipitation, crystallization and drying to obtain molybdate. The filtrate is processed by adding an oxidizing agen...

Embodiment 3

[0015] Embodiment 3: the method that utilizes molybdenum-containing waste material molybdenum ammonia leaching slag to produce molybdate.

[0016] Take 1 part of molybdenum ammonia leaching residue and add 4 parts by weight of sulfuric acid solution. The volume ratio of sulfuric acid solution concentration is 1:15. Heat it to 60°C-80°C. After stirring and reacting for 2 hours under normal pressure, filter while hot to separate the filter residue and filtrate. The filtrate is a blue solution of molybdate, sulfate and reaction residual sulfuric acid, and the filter residue is a yellow acid leaching precipitate of insoluble molybdic acid, heteropoly acid salt and a small amount of impurities. Wash the filter residue with ammonia, take 1 part of the filter residue and add 4 parts by weight of ammonia water for washing, the volume ratio of the concentration of ammonia water is 1:1, control the pH of the solution to 8-10, heat to 30-40°C, and stir for 1 hour The obtained washed sol...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing molybdate from waste materials containing molybdenum. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding a certain amount of water materials containing molybdenum into a certain weight of sulfuric acid solution, heating and stirring the solution and filtering the hot mixed solution to separate filter residues and a filtrate; adding the filter residues into a certain weight of ammonia, controlling the pH value of the solution to be between 8 and 10, heating and stirring the ammonia added with the filter residues and obtaining a solution, and subjecting the solution to acid precipitation, crystallization and drying to obtain the molybdate; adding hydrogen peroxide into the solution turns pale yellow, stirring the solution till the filtrate is completely oxidized, and adding magnesia into the solution to adjust pH to be more than 7.5 and generate yellowish-brown precipitations, and filtering the solution to separate sediments and liquid which is used for diluting sulphuric acid; adding a certain amount of the sediments into a certain weight of sulphuric acid solution, heating and stirring the solution till the reaction finishes, filtering the hot solution to separate filter residues from a solution; washing the filter residues ammonia to separate the molybdate; and subjecting the solution to innocent treatment for discharging. The method has the advantages of small equipment investment, simple process, small energy consumption, low production cost and no environment pollution.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing molybdate by using molybdenum processing waste. Specifically, molybdenum ash (mud) obtained from molybdenum iron smelting dust collection, molybdenum soot obtained from molybdenum concentrate roasting flue gas obtained by dust collection, and molybdenum ammonia leaching slag from molybdenum hydrometallurgy process to prepare molybdate method. 2. Background technology [0002] At present, the method of preparing molybdate from molybdenum processing waste such as molybdenum ash (mud), molybdenum fume and molybdenum ammonia leaching residue mainly uses the soda ash sintering and roasting method at home and abroad. This method converts the insoluble heavy metal molybdate, iron molybdate, calcium molybdate, etc. in the molybdenum-containing waste into sodium molybdate through soda ash. Ion exchange, extraction or chemical precipitation recovery to molybdate. The disadvantages of using this method are: la...
