Embodiment 1

[0057] The aquatic plant water hyacinth is broken into a length of about 20mm, put into a heating tank, and high-temperature and high-pressure steam is introduced to make the temperature reach 120 degrees Celsius, maintain for 30 minutes, disinfect, and then discharge the disinfected water hyacinth and anaerobic digestion container After the supernatant is sterilized by membrane filtration, it is sent to the anaerobic fermentation vessel. The anaerobic fermentation vessel is inoculated with microorganisms that can grow and produce cellulase in an anaerobic environment, and the anaerobic digestion vessel is discharged from the supernatant. The clear liquid is sterilized and returned to the fermentation vessel to dissolve the small molecules formed by the hydrolysis and fermentation of water hyacinth in the fermentation vessel. The liquid discharged from the fermentation vessel is separated by membrane filtration to obtain hydrolytic enzyme products including cellulase. Then, The re...

Embodiment 2

[0059] The straw is crushed into a length of about 5mm and loaded into a continuous steam explosion machine. The steam explosion machine is fed with high-temperature and high-pressure steam and maintained at 180 degrees. By controlling the feeding amount, the residence time of the straw in the steam explosion machine is maintained for 3 minutes. Continuously get steam-exploded straw. The steam-exploded rice straw and sterile water are sent to the anaerobic fermentation vessel together. The anaerobic fermentation vessel continuously returns the supernatant discharged from the anaerobic digestion vessel through sedimentation membrane filtration and sterilization treatment, and the anaerobic fermentation vessel The small molecules formed by internal hydrolysis are dissolved, and the liquid discharged from the fermentation vessel is then pumped to the anaerobic digestion reactor, where it is inoculated with microorganisms to form a combustible gas. The residence time of the straw afte...

Embodiment 3

[0061] The organic part of the domestic garbage is broken into a particle size of about 20mm, and loaded into a continuous steam blaster. The steam blaster is fed with high-temperature and high-pressure steam and maintained at 120 degrees. By controlling the feeding amount, the residence time of the organic waste in the steam blaster is maintained as For 15 minutes, the organic waste from the steam explosion treatment is continuously obtained at the explosion end. Continuously input the steam-exploded organic waste into the anaerobic fermentation vessel, and output the fermented product in the fermentation vessel at the same time. The cells are broken first, water extraction is used to obtain a variety of hydrolytic enzymes including cellulase, and some of the hydrolytic enzymes are transferred to the fermentation In the container, the remaining hydrolase is purified into a product, and the remaining fermentation material and extraction waste liquid enter the digestion container, ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing a gas fuel and a byproduct cellulase by using a biomass containing lignocellulose through fermentation, which comprises the following steps: adding the biomass containing the lignocellulose subjected to sterilization treatment into a fermentation vessel to be used as a fermentation medium; inoculating microorganism capable of producing cellulase under anaerobic condition for anaerobic culture to make the activity of the cellulase in the fermentation vessel more than 1 IU/gram; hydrolyzing fermented substances, entering a digestion vessel and inoculating microbial population of methanogen and hydrogen-producing acetogen for anaerobic culture; and producing combustible gas by the fermentation vessel and the digestion vessel. The method converts various micromolecular organic substances such as acetic acid, glycerol, alcohol and the like generated by hydrolysate in the fermentation vessel into methane in the digestion vessel through microorganism fermentation with an energy conversion rate of more than 90 percent, so the method converts the biomass into the gas fuel, has high conversion rate and low energy consumption, and is an excellent technique for converting the biomass into the fuel.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomass energy conversion, and particularly relates to a method for anaerobic fermentation of biomass to produce combustible gas, and also by-product various hydrolytic enzymes including cellulase. Background technique [0002] The use of biomass anaerobic fermentation to produce alcohol or biogas (also known as anaerobic digestion) is a well-known method to solve energy shortage and reduce organic waste. Biomass containing lignocellulose is one of the main renewable substances on the earth and is produced by photosynthesis of plants. Biomass containing lignocellulose can be derived from crop straws produced in agricultural production, municipal solid waste, sludge produced in sewage treatment plants, aquatic or terrestrial plants, waste residues containing lignocellulose, and waste food. [0003] Biogas production by anaerobic fermentation of biomass containing lignocellulose includes processes such as hydrol...
