The invention discloses a method for preparing silico-calcium fertilizer by pre-desiliconizing with high alumina fly ash, relating to the technical field of environmental mineral and material and chemistry. The method comprises the steps as follows: adding raw material high alumina fly ash into sodium hydroxide solution for alkali dissolution reaction; 2. filtering and separating the sodium silicate solution generated by the alkali dissolution reaction, desiliconizing the filter cake and taking the fly ash as the ingredient for extracting aluminium oxide; 3. adding lime cream to the filtered and separated sodium silicate solution for precipitation reaction followed by filtering and separating, obtaining the filter cake as calcium silicate, the filtrate as sodium hydroxide solution which can be recycled for the step 1; and 4. drying and milling the filter cake calcium silicate to prepare silico-calcium fertilizer product. In the invention, high alumina fly ash and alkali reaction are employed for dissolving amorphous state silicon dioxide out of the fly ash so as to prepare the silico-calcium fertilizer, thus having the characteristics of simple process, small material consumption, small energy consumption and low cost.
