An elastomer A is prepared from an HPVC elastomer, semi-crosslinked butyronitrile powder, graft polypropylene, a migration resisting plasticizer, an environment-friendly stabilizer, an antimony-free fire retardant antismoke agent, a nano-composite sour gas absorbent, a sensitizing agent and other auxiliary agents by a three-step method through kneading, plasticization and mixing by a double screw extruder and homogenization and granulation by a single screw extruder; an elastomer B is prepared by the same method; and the elastomer A and the elastomer B are prepared into a product by the same method. The prepared product can be used at the temperature of 90 DEG C and in oil at the temperature of 90 DEG C, is soft and elastic, has low temperature resistance, fire retardancy and a small release amount of burning sour gas and contains no heavy metal.
