Abstract

The coating comprises the following raw materials in mass ratio: 20-40 percent of high-temperature resisting multi-component pulverulent body, 8-15 percent of alumina powder, 1-5 percent of nanometer titanium dioxide, 1-5 percent of mica powder, 1-3 percent of zinc powder and the balance of potassium silicate, wherein the high-temperature resisting multi-component pulverulent body comprises Ni-Cr-Al-Y powder, magnesia, chromic oxide and calcium oxide. The raw materials are mixed by adopting a mechanical dispersion way of a circulation ball mill. When the coating is in use, the viscosity of the coating is adjusted by distilled water, and the coating is sprayed in an airing chamber by using a spray gun through adopting a spraying method.
