Problems solved by technology

However, in the traditional process, lignin is mainly used in the paper industry to make lignin-containing substances boiled with sulfite or alkali in water and then discharged as black liquor, which not only causes serious environmental pollution, but also requires a lot of investment to purchase large-scale recycling device
Moreover, the lignin recovered from black liquor is difficult to be used to prepare high value-added products, wasting the precious wealth that nature has given us.

Embodiment 1

[0014] Example 1: Mix 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ionic liquid ([Bmim][Cl]) and ethyl acetate, the mass fraction of ionic liquid is 60%, and add 1% system weight deionized water at the same time . Take the sawdust that has been extracted with benzene alcohol until it is absolutely dry, and add it to the reaction kettle with a liquid-solid mass ratio of 10:1. Keep the temperature at 0.3MPa and 423K for 2 hours. After the system was cooled to room temperature, the kettle was opened. Suction filtration separates the liquid phase and solid phase in the kettle. Add 4 to 6 times the volume of deionized water to the filtrate to precipitate the target product, and centrifuge at 8000 rpm for 10 minutes to obtain crude lignin. The resulting crude lignin was purified by Soxhlet extraction with dioxane. Evaporate in vacuo to obtain brown lignin (while recovering dioxane). After finishing the reaction, [Bmim][Cl] and ethyl acetate were recovered by vacuum evaporation. Experi...

[0015] Example 2: 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ionic liquid ([Hmim][Cl]) and ethyl acetate were mixed, the mass fraction of the ionic liquid was 80%, and 1% system weight deionized water was added at the same time. Take the bagasse that has been extracted with benzene alcohol to dryness, and add it to the reaction kettle with a liquid-solid mass ratio of 10:1. Keep the temperature at 0.4MPa and 423K for 2 hours. [0016] Example 3: Mix 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ionic liquid ([Bmim][Br]) and dioxane, the mass fraction of ionic liquid is 60%, and add 1% system weight deionization at the same time water. Take the sawdust that has been extracted with benzene alcohol until it is absolutely dry, and add it to the reaction kettle with a liquid-solid mass ratio of 10:1. Keep the temperature at 0.2MPa and 423K for 2 hours. Abstract

The invention relates to an ionic liquid based method for extracting lignin by a two-liquid-phase system, comprising the following steps of: 1, preparing a mixed solution of 40%-80% of imidazole salt ionic liquid and 20%-60% of organic solvents, and adding 0.5%-2% of deionized watert; 2, adding the mixed solution, a lignin-containing solid plant material or a plant material ramification into a reaction kettle, conducting oil bath for 0.5-3 hours under 403-443 K and 0.1-10 MPa, and then obtaining filter liquor and a filter cake; 3, adding 4-6 multiplied deionized water into the filter liquor, and separating rough lignin out; 4, purifying by a soxhlet extraction method, wherein the organic solvents are ethylacetate, dioxane and ethanol or methanol. The invention obtains lignin products, andreaction residuals can still be continuously used in slurrying process of the paper manufacturing industry; in addition, the invention has the advantages of high extraction rate of the lignin, solvent recycling, easy operation and low cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for extracting lignin, in particular to a method for extracting lignin from plant matter and lignin-containing plant matter derivatives. Background technique [0002] Lignin is a high-molecular network polymer with aromatic properties in plant cells, and constitutes the main component of the plant skeleton together with cellulose and hemicellulose. From the perspective of content, the amount of lignin on the earth is second only to cellulose, and it is always associated with cellulose. Humans have used cellulose for thousands of years, but the real research on lignin began in 1930, and it has not been well used so far. Lignin molecules can have a wide range of uses in modern industry due to their various groups (aromatic groups, phenolic hydroxyl groups, alcoholic hydroxyl groups, carbonyl groups, methoxyl groups, carboxyl groups, conjugated double bonds, etc.). As a reinforcing agent for polymer materials, f...
