The invention relates to a power plant used mortar tube with an anticorrosive and wear-resistant lining coated on the inner wall. The mortar tube comprises a metal substrate and a lining, wherein the lining is formed by spreading coatings disclosed by CNS710092*.CN97111379, 3 and CN00126503, 2 or by the invention on a substrate and then thermally melting the coatings. The coating method of the lining comprises the following steps: derusting the substrate by sandblast and deoiling with solvent; heating the substrate to 180-260 DEG C; spraying a powdered coating on the substrate; keeping temperature and solidifying at 180-260 DEG C for 1h. The lining has no bubble or pinhole, resists corrosion, abrasion and cavitations and is firm to adhere and simple, convenient and practical to construct.
