Problems solved by technology

[0008] These technologies have their own advantages and disadvantages in the application of PAHs-contaminated soil remediation, especially when using the role of microbial strains to carry out enhanced bioremediation of PAHs-contaminated soil, it is often worrying that the microbial strains screened in the laboratory will be inoculated into the field for contamination Whether the activity of the soil is stable and whether the function can be brought out. For this reason, the technology of microbial combined phytoremediation of PAHs-contaminated soil mostly stays in the laboratory stage and cannot be applied to the remediation of PAHs-contaminated soil in the field.

Embodiment 1

[0033] Indoor Soil Culture Experiment

[0034] 1.1 Materials and methods

[0035] Soil for testing: select the surface soil (0-20cm) of a farmland polluted by industrial wastewater in a certain place in Wuxi, remove plant roots, gravel and other sundries, pass through a 0.9mm stainless steel sieve, mix well and set aside. The basic chemical properties of the soil are as follows: organic matter 19.2g·kg -1 , all N 1.29g kg -1 , all P 0.48g·kg -1 , whole K 14.2g kg -1 , Hydrolyzed N 78.4mg·kg -1 , available P 3.56mg·kg -1 , available K 86.0mg·kg -1 , PAHs 17.3mg·kg -1 , pH 6.1.

[0036] Earthworms to be tested: The earthworms to be tested were Eisenia foetida, which were purchased from a farm in Nanjing. Pre-cultivation was carried out before the test, and healthy earthworms with obvious rings and basically the same size were selected.

[0037] Cow dung: After the fresh cow dung is taken back to the laboratory, it is fermented at a constant temperature of 28°C for one w...

Embodiment 2

[0045] Greenhouse pot experiment

[0046] 1.1 Materials and methods

[0047] Soil for testing: same as implementation case 1.

[0048] Earthworms for testing: same as implementation case 1;

[0049] Cow dung: same as implementation case 1;

[0050] Plants to be tested: The plant used for PAHs-contaminated soil remediation is pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata M.Var.Jingou (squash)). Plump particles of similar size are selected from the purchased pumpkin seeds, and evenly sprinkled on the ground covered with gauze. In the tray, spray a small amount of water with a sprayer every 4 hours to ensure that no dry features appear on the surface of the gauze. Germinate for 48 hours at room temperature. The pumpkin seeds after germination are evenly sown in the soil with uniform moisture content, and the seedlings will be used after 2 weeks. The transplanting density is 40cm×40cm.

[0051] Result analysis: The collection and analysis of soil samples are the same as in Case 1.

Embodiment 3

[0055] Field experiment in a certain place in Nanjing

[0056] 1.1 Materials and methods

[0057] The field field is located near a factory in the suburbs of Nanjing. The pollution sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are mainly Baosteel steelmaking furnace exhaust gas, dust emission and national highway automobile exhaust emission. The basic physical and chemical properties of the soil and the pollution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were investigated by multi-point sampling method. The basic physical and chemical properties of soil are as follows: pH value (H 2 O)6.4, organic matter 19.2mg·kg -1 , all N1.29mg·kg -1 , all P0.48mg·kg -1 , whole K14.2mg·kg -1 , quick-acting P3.56mg·kg -1 , available K86.0mg·kg -1 , PAHs is 1396mg·kg -1 .

Abstract

The invention provides a method for remediation of soil polluted by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons PAHs. The soil animal-plant-agricultural solid waste combined remediation technology is utilized, wherein the soil animal is earthworm, the plant is pumpkin, and the agricultural solid waste is fermented cow dung, which are combined for the remediation of the farmland soil polluted by the PAHs. Results show that: through the soil animal-plant-agricultural solid waste combined action, compared with a method for treating the soil by not inoculating the earthworm or applying the fermented cow dung, the method can effectively improve the degradation rate of the PAHs in the soil, and the improved degradation rate varies due to different cycle numbers of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Therefore, compared with the traditional technology, by inoculating the earthworm and applying the fermented cow dung to the soil, the method has the advantages of great improvement of the remediation efficiency for the farmland soil polluted by the PAHs, simpleness, easy implementation, environmental protection, no secondary pollution, contribution to solving the problem of the farmland soil polluted by the PAHs, and important significance for protecting the quality safety of agricultural products.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a repairing method for polluted soil, in particular to a method for repairing PAHs polluted soil. Background technique: [0002] Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, PAHs) widely exist in the soil environment, and are the earliest and most numerous carcinogens. More than 400 carcinogenic PAHs and their derivatives have been discovered so far. Due to their biotoxicity, bioaccumulation and semi-volatility, PAHs, as a representative class of persistent organic pollutants (Persistent Organic Pollutants, POPs), have received extensive attention from governments and the scientific community. Among the 129 "priority pollutants" proposed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) in 1976, there were 16 PAHs compounds; after that, the European Union took 6 PAHs as the main pollutants; PAHs are included in China's blacklist of environmental priority pollutants. [0003] PAHs in the soil environm...
