Problems solved by technology

Because of its advantages, it is used to make polyurethane rubber rollers and rubber wheels, but the usual polyurethane elastomers are synthesized from toluene diisocyanate and MOCA. Due to the low saturated vapor pressure of TDI, high volatility and high toxicity, TDI Type polyurethane prepolymer will cause greater harm to the human body during production and processing
MDI has a high saturated vapor pressure, is not easy to volatilize, and is less harmful to the human body. However, MDI type polyurethane prepolymer has a fast reaction speed and poor processing performance.

Embodiment 1

[0017] (1) Polymer components: polyether polyol EP360060, PPG300024, 1,4-butanediol 14%, bismuth catalyst 1.5% and UV-9 0.2%, 1010 0.3% at 100~110°C, -0.095MPa Dehydration until the water content is less than 0.05%, to obtain the polymer component.

[0018] (2) Prepolymer component: Isocyanate is obtained by reacting polyether polyol PPG4000 45%, polyether polyol PPG2000 10%, diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI-100) 45% at 70°C to 90°C A prepolymer with an acid group content of 17%.

[0019] (3) Reaction part (during product production): Mix the prepolymer component and the polymer component at a ratio of 1:1 (by weight), and the mixing temperature is 60°C. Then cast and vulcanize in the usual way (vulcanize for 20 minutes at 60° C. to 75° C.) to obtain an environment-friendly polyurethane elastomer product with a hardness of shoreA90±2.

Embodiment 2

[0021] (1) Polymer components: polyether polyol (EP3600) 47%, PPG400040%, 1,4-butanediol 12%, zinc catalyst 1.0% and UV-3280.2%, BHT 0.3% at 100-110°C , Dehydration at -0.095MPa to less than 0.05% moisture to obtain polymer components.

[0022] (2) Prepolymer component: MDI modified with 45% of polyether polyol (PPG2000) with 2 functionalities and molecular weight of 3000, 45% of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI-100), and carbonized diimide 10% is reacted at 70°C to 90°C to obtain a prepolymer with an isocyanate content of 15.2%.

[0023] (3) Reaction part: mix the prepolymer component and the polyol component at a ratio of 1:1, and the mixing temperature is 60°C. Then cast and vulcanize in the usual way (vulcanize at 60°C to 75°C for 20 minutes). An environment-friendly polyurethane elastomer product with a hardness of shoreA80±2 was obtained.

Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-friendly polyurethane elastomer, which has a bi-component system. A prepolymer component containing 15.2 to 17 percent of NCO is prepared by reacting diisocyanate with polyatomic alcohol, wherein the diisocyanate is diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), MDI modified by carbonized diimine, or a mixture thereof, and the polyatomic alcohol is polyoxypropylene polyatomic alcohol with the number-average molar mass of 2,000-4,000; and a polymer component is prepared from polyoxypropylene polyatomic alcohol with the number-average molar mass of 3,000-6,000, 1,4-butylene glycol, a catalyst and an antiaging agent. The prepolymer component and the polymer component are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:1, and the mixture is cast, and vulcanized and molded to form the environment-friendly polyurethane elastomer; and the environment-friendly polyurethane elastomer has excellent environmental friendliness and mechanical properties.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a method for preparing a polyurethane elastomer, and relates to a method for manufacturing an environment-friendly polyurethane elastomer. Background technique [0002] Polyurethane is a polymer synthetic material with properties between rubber and plastic. It is characterized by a wide range of hardness adjustment. It has both the elasticity of rubber and the hardness of plastic, and has good mechanical properties, wear resistance and resilience. . Because of its advantages, it is used to make polyurethane rubber rollers and rubber wheels, but the usual polyurethane elastomers are synthesized from toluene diisocyanate and MOCA. Due to the low saturated vapor pressure of TDI, high volatility and high toxicity, TDI Type polyurethane prepolymer will cause greater harm to the human body during production and processing. However, MDI has a high saturated vapor pressure, is not easy to volatilize, and is less harmful to the human ...
