Abstract

The invention provides an aluminum paste used for production of a silicon solar cell aluminum paste. The aluminum paste is composed of spherical aluminum micro-powders, an organic solvent and a surface treatment agent, wherein the content of the spherical aluminum micro-powders accounts for 89% to 91% of the total weight, the content of the surface treatment agent accounts for 1% to 2% of the total weight, and the content of the organic solvent is added up to 100%.
