The preparation method comprises the following steps of: putting AS (Aluminum Salt) dry powder or solution in a mixed reactor, adding water to blend into an AS saturated solution, stirring the solution, adding FC (FeCl3) dry powder or solution, stirring while continuously adding water to blend so as to obtain a binary mixed solution; and stirring the binary mixed solution, adding PDMDAAC (Poly Dimethyl Diallyl Ammonium Chloride) colloid or dry powder to obtain a ternary mixed solution and continuously stirring the mixed solution until the PDMDAAC colloid is fully dissolved to obtain a stable AS-FC-PDMDAAC ternary complex coagulant which is diluted with water in any proportion or directly added for various kinds of raw water.
