This application relates to the field of headliner materials for
new energy vehicles, and discloses a lightweight
moisture-proof headliner material for
new energy vehicles and its preparation process. The lightweight
moisture-proof headliner material for
new energy vehicles is prepared by impregnating needle-punched
nonwoven fabric with a water-based
nitrile rubber solution and curing it. The water-based
nitrile rubber solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts water-based carboxylated
nitrile rubber, 18-25 parts nanocrystalline
cellulose suspension, 4.5-6.5 parts dispersant, 1-3 parts crosslinking agent, 1-3 parts
antioxidant, 0.2-0.5 parts
defoamer, 0.2-0.5 parts colorant, and 40-60 parts water. The nanocrystalline
cellulose suspension is composed of nanocrystalline
cellulose, organomontmorillonite, polydimethyldiallyl
ammonium chloride, 4-vinylbenzyltrimethylammonium
chloride, a
silane coupling agent, and an
aqueous ethanol solution. The headliner material of this application will not expand, deform, warp, or discolor under long-term humid and hot conditions, and has good
moisture resistance.
