The invention discloses an oily sludge thermochemical separating agent which is prepared by mixing 0.5-2 parts by weight of diethylamine organic cation molecular film agent, 1-2 parts by weight of dimethylamine organic cation molecular film agent, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of diisopropylamine organic cation molecular film agent, 0.5-2 parts by weight of butyl amine organic cation molecular film agent and 0.5-1 part by weight of triethylamine organic cation molecular film agent. The oily sludge thermochemical separating agent disclosed by the invention adopts cheap raw materials, is simple to prepare, has stable properties, and can be applied to oily sludge treatment, particularly to treatment of oil tank sediment, and realizes a good oil washing effect, wherein the residual oil rate of the tank oily sediment can be reduced to 0.5% in comparison with the existing separating agent.
