Disclosed is a solventless silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, comprising: 100 parts by mass of a polydimethylsiloxane having an alkenyl group as an end group; 1 to 300 parts by mass of a polydimethylsiloxane having a hydroxyl group as an end group; 1 to 50 parts by mass of MQ resin; 1 to 30 parts by mass of polyisobutylene, 20 to 200 parts by mass of a diluent; 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of a crosslinking agent and a platinum catalyst capable of solidifying the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. Also disclosed is a preparation method for the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. The silicone pressure sensitive adhesive disclosed has the characteristics of good initial tackiness, long effectiveness, suitable peel-off strength and good drug permeability, is non-toxic and environmentally-friendly, is capable of repeated use, can be made into pressure sensitive adhesive tapes, pressure sensitive adhesive strips for medical use, as well as other functional materials where such pressure sensitive properties are required.
