Example Embodiment

[0033] Example one: 50g methallyl polyglycol ether, 3.75g acrylic acid, 1.79g methyl acrylate, 0.15g ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 0.39g ammonium persulfate, 0.20g mercaptopropionic acid, 83.30g deionized Add water to the four-necked flask, heat the water bath to 85°C, react for 3 hours, cool to 40°C, adjust the pH value to neutral with 20% sodium hydroxide by mass concentration to obtain a slow release with a solid content of 40% Slump-preserving polycarboxylic acid water reducer.

Example Embodiment

[0034] Embodiment two: Add 50 g of methallyl polyglycol ether and 33.30 g of deionized water into a four-necked flask, and heat in a water bath. 3.75g acrylic acid, 0.15g triethylene glycol bismethacrylate and 1.79g methyl acrylate were mixed, 0.39g ammonium persulfate and 0.20g mercaptopropionic acid were added to 50g deionized water to make a solution. When the temperature is heated to 85℃, add the above two mixtures dropwise respectively. The dripping time is 3 hours. After the dripping is completed, the reaction is kept for 2 hours, and the temperature is reduced to 40℃. The pH is adjusted with sodium hydroxide with a mass concentration of 20%. The value is neutral, and a slow-release slump type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent with a solid content of 40% is obtained.

Example Embodiment

[0035] Embodiment three: 50g methallyl polyglycol ether, 3.75g acrylic acid, 2.08g ethyl acrylate, 0.15g ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 0.39g ammonium persulfate, 0.20g mercaptopropionic acid, 83.70g deionized Add water to the four-necked flask, heat the water bath to 85°C, react for 3 hours, cool to 40°C, adjust the pH value to neutral with 20% sodium hydroxide by mass concentration to obtain a sustained release with a solid content of 40% Slump-preserving polycarboxylic acid water reducer.

Abstract

The invention relates to a slow release slump retaining polycarboxylate water reducer and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the specific steps of: carrying out ration on unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether, acrylic acid, acrylic acid ester monomers, crosslinking monomer, initiator, chain transferring agent and water for 4-7 h at a reaction temperature of 80-90 DEG C; cooling to 35-40 DEG C; adjusting a pH value of the solution to neutral to obtain a colorless and transparent solution, namely the slow release slump retaining polycarboxylate water reducer. The water reducer prepared by the invention employs two modes of hydrolysis and maintains functions in a cement system for a long time through hydrolysis of ester group on polyacrylic acid monomers and ester group on crosslinking monomer, so as to realize control of slump loss. The slow release slump retaining polycarboxylate water reducer can obviously increase net paste fluidity after one hour, has good retentivity on net paste fluidity after two hours and can maintain nearly zero loss on slump after one hour.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a slow-release slump-preserving polycarboxylate water reducer and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The current concrete is developing in the direction of high performance and multifunctionality, which requires concrete to have high workability, high strength, high durability, and can meet the application in many special situations. [0003] For the ready-mix concrete industry, when the concrete mix has to be transported for a long time, the initial slump level should be maintained as much as possible. The more commonly used method to solve the excessive loss of concrete slump is to use a water reducing agent and a retarder in combination. Through the retardation effect of the retarder on the cement hydration, the hydration rate of the cement can be slowed down and more water can be retained. Moisture lubricates solid particles to reduce fluidity loss of fresh cement paste and concrete. In order to p...
