According to the invention, a particle nitrogen fertilizer is used as a raw material; and the film coating synergistic nitrogen fertilizer is formed by adopting a technology of coating film coating materials such as tung oil, polyvinyl alcohol and the like on the surfaces of large particles by adopting the chelation reaction so as to form a film, wherein the film coating materials are blended through a certain scientific proportioning and are added with the trace elements, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, ferrous sulfate, boric acid, borax, ammonium molybdate, magnesium sulfate, a calcium magnesium fertilizer and the like.
