The method comprise the steps of feeding raw materials including spherical aluminum powder, a grinding medium, an environment-friendly solvent oil, oleic acid or erucic acid, a passivant, and a titanate coupler into a ball mill; sealing the ball mill, performing ball milling and discharging the raw materials with the environment-friendly solvent oil; conveying the materials into a vibration screen through a pipeline to be screened, removing screen tailings, and putting the materials into a frame filter press to conduct filter pressing, so as to obtain filter cakes with a solid content of 80 percent; and putting the filter cakes, an alcohol or ether solvent with good water miscibility and low molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol together into a reaction kettle, keeping the temperature, discharging the materials, putting the materials into the frame filter press to conduct filter pressing, and performing solid liquid separation so as to obtain a finished product. According to the method, the environment-friendly solvent is adopted to meet national environmental requirements.
