The preparation method is technically characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) preparing potato seeds; (2) evenly spraying a layer of serous fluid prepared by polyvinyl alcohol, alginate and water onto the surfaces of the prepared potato seeds, and stewing to be semi-dried to obtain semi-dried prepared potato seeds; (3) feeding the semi-dried potato seeds into drug consisting of agricultural streptomycin sulfate, thiophanate methyl wettable powder, polyvinyl alcohol and talcum powder for preliminary pelletization; (4) feeding the preliminarily-pelletized potato seeds into coating housing powder consisting of alginate, calcium peroxide, coarse vinegar, water absorbent and water for further pelletization; and (5) evenly spraying fludioxonil emulsion with required color onto the surfaces of the pelletized potato seeds after the pelletization, and drying to prepare the pelletized minitype potato seeds. After the pelletized coating is used, the mechanized seeding can be conveniently used, the labor intensity can be reduced, and the emergence rate, the disease resistance and the yield can be obviously improved; and the pelletized coating has the characteristics of being high in survive rate, high in growth speed and the like.
