Abstract

According to the invention, 1-20wt% of a waterborne prepolymer, 1-20wt% of a photoreactive monomer, 0.1-5% of a photoinitiator, 0.01-5wt% of a pigment or a dye, 1-30wt% of an organic solvent, 0.01-5wt% of an auxiliary agent, and balance of deionized water are mixed and grinded, such that a mixed solution is obtained; and the mixed solution is filtered, such that the waterborne UV-curable ink is obtained. The waterborne UV-curable ink provided by the invention can be sprayed on the surface of a blank plate substrate or a plate substrate with a coating controlling ink drop diffusion action by using an inkjet printing machine, such that an image is formed. The waterborne UV-curable ink has high curing speed, and the obtained printing plate can be directly printed on a machine.
