Abstract

The invention relates to a biological antibacterial patch for bedsore surface. The composite film patch mainly comprises four layers, namely a bottom breathable base (1) coated with adhesive, a second layer made of nonwoven rayon (2), a third layer made of biological antibacterial dressing (3), and a surface paper isolation layer (4), wherein one end of the bottom breathable base is provided with an easy tear edge (5). The biological antibacterial dressing is made from chitosan, acetic acid, lysozyme, gelatin, clorhexidine acetate, aerosil, and water. The biological bacterial dressing including no any additive has the functions of fine antibiosis, inflammation diminishing, hemostasis, promoting cell growth, promoting wound healing and the like, and has the advantages of high water content, fine water retention, high toughness and good breathability. The biological antibacterial patch for bedsore surface is mainly used for treating bedsores, burns and surgical infections.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a biological antibacterial dressing for bedsore wounds, a preparation method and application thereof, in particular to a natural biological antibacterial dressing containing chitosan for treating bedsores. Background technique [0002] Bed sores are a common human trauma. Bed sores not only cause skin damage, but also cause severe systemic reactions, especially large-area bedsores. The systemic reactions are particularly severe. Therefore, early correct treatment of bed sore wounds is a key measure to prevent infection. [0003] The traditional way of treating decubitus wounds is mainly to use dry gauze or oil gauze to bandage. Dry gauze is only used to supervise and cover the wound. However, it has no promoting effect on wound healing, has limited exudate management ability, and adheres to the wound, re-damages the new epithelial tissue and causes bleeding, and the patient suffers from pain after changing the dressing.
