Embodiment Construction

[0015] a. Add 5ml of ethanol into the flask, then add 0.25mmol of AOZ into the flask, after the AOZ is dissolved, add 1mmol of 2-vinylpyridine, ultrasonication for 15min; then add 0.25mmol of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate into the flask, ultrasonication 15min;

[0016] b. Add 25mg of initiator azobisisobutyronitrile, ultrasonic for 15min;

[0017] c. Add the solution obtained in step b to the 96-well ELISA plate dropwise, then put the 96-well ELISA plate into a sealed bag, fill it with nitrogen gas, seal it and irradiate it with a 100W UV lamp (λ=365nm) to initiate polymerization 24 hours;

[0018] d. Then place the 96-well ELISA plate in a methanol-acetic acid mixture with a volume ratio of 3:1, ultrasonically elute for 48 hours, and change the eluent every four hours to remove template molecules;

[0019] e. Dry the 96-well ELISA plate at 50°C for 2 hours to obtain the AOZ molecularly imprinted polymer membrane.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a 96-well enzyme label plate AOZ molecularly imprinted polymer film. The preparation method comprises the following steps of a, dissolving AOZ as a template molecule, 2-vinylpyddine as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a cross-linking agent in ethanol as a pore forming agent according to a mole ratio of 1: 4: 1, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30min, wherein a use amount ratio of ethanol to AOZ is 5ml/0.25mmol, b, adding azodiisobutyronitrile as an initiator into the mixture, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 15min, wherein a use amount ratio of azodiisobutyronitrile to AOZ is 25mg/0.25mmol, c, dropwisely adding the solution obtained by the step b on a 96-well enzyme label plate, putting the 96-well enzyme label plate into a sealing bag, filling nitrogen into the sealing bag, carrying out sealing, and carrying out ultraviolet lamp irradiation to initiate polymerization lasting for 24h, d, putting the 96-well enzyme label plate into a methanol-acetic acid mixed solution having a volume ratio of 3: 1, and carrying out ultrasonic elution for 48h, and e, drying the 96-well enzyme label plate for 2h at a temperature of 50 DEG C to obtain the AOZ molecularly imprinted polymer film.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a molecularly imprinted polymer film, in particular to a method for preparing a 96-well enzyme plate AOZ molecularly imprinted polymer film for highly selective adsorption of 3-amino-2 oxazolidinone (AOZ). Background technique [0002] Furazolidone belongs to nitrofuran drugs, which is quickly metabolized into 3-amino-2 oxazolidinone (AOZ) in animals. It is clinically used to prevent and treat intestinal infections. AOZ combined with tissues has a long residence time in the body and is regarded as is the residue indicator. Relevant studies in recent years have shown that furazolidone has strong carcinogenic, mutagenic and other toxic and side effects, and its residues in animal foods directly threaten human health. In 1995, the European Union banned the use of furazolidone in food animals, and then the United States, Japan, Australia, and China all banned the use of furazolidone in livestock and poultry ...
